Delay Timer DT2015 220V / 15A AC Delay Time 0.3-10 second adjustable     Use   In case that run motor, heating appliances, mechanical linkage etc. by inter-working with occupancy sensor, or others (Optical sensor, IR sensor, Proximity sensor etc), it makes fluorescent light on/off by recognizing human's occupation, and also in case that on/off power load, it need to do delay action to prevent falling off of breaker by sudden load increasing with sequential action. This product is developed for these purposes and it can use very usefully because it can take high output capacity (220V 15A AC) with low input (about mA). Also, in case that fluorescent light is controlled by occupancy sensor as group control, the necessity that integrates it from fluorescent light that wired complicatedly and makes one lighting group are occurred often. At this time, Delay Timer can run it as one group without wiring change by linking action.   Basic wiring diagram Actual cases ① Case of re-rerunning air-conditioner automatically when power breakdown in server room When recovering from a power failure, the air conditioner’s turn-on signal is automatically generated from the automatic remote controller after 10 seconds.   Action explanation Above wiring diagram is a system diagram that re-run air conditioner automatically when recovering power-break and that is installed in server room at Sacheon educational administration office. Server room where that kind of large scale computer equipment is run during 24 hours prevents that electronic computing system is down because air conditioner is run together to protect expensive computer equipment. But, if there is temporary power breakdown in mid night or holiday, computers are available to run in suitable period by UPS, but air conditioner is not run again naturally without man-made restart. If this state is allowed many long hours, room temperature rapidly rise because of heat that equipment generated, system down can be occurred by malfunction of sensitive computer components in temperature. DT2015 makes Time Sequence to sense power supply release condition and shoot ON signal by air conditioner automatic remote control after about 10 seconds when recovering power breakdown.   ② Co-working with Room Situation Sensor and Fan Coil Unit FCU can keep continuously about momentary error at Room Situation Sensor. To prevent from malfunction by power supply ON, OFF noise and momentary overload, let it ON, OFF in 10 seconds after detecting power state change. To prevent a malfunction by a noise inflow from a turn-on/off from happening and an instantaneous overload, it is turned on/off 10 seconds after detecting a power status change. - FCU ON in 10 seconds after Room Situation Sensor ON (Fluorescent light ON) during lecture. - When recognizing absence after finishing lecture, FCU OFF in 10 seconds after Room Situation Sensor OFF (Fluorescent light OFF)   Real constructed examples using control box ③ Room Temperature Control of Fan Coil Unit by automatic remote controller Because of ON or OFF by room situation sensor and temperature control, it can control room temperature without another Thermostat construction, and there is advantage that can make FCU and fluorescent light off at the same time if nobody is in the room.
